Luxurious ranch-style home nestled just a few minutes from the village of Wimberley, Texas rests on a peaceful 10 acre scenic homestead full of wildlife. This home ideally designed for two families looking to vacation together while still being able to maintain a desired level of privacy. The split layout is divided by a beautiful sunroom full of windows and a comfortable sitting area, the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine over memorable conversations. 

From the sunroom, enter the right side of the home to find a spacious open concept. The living room, dinning area, and kitchen are all open to one another so wether your fellow guests are preparing the next meal, eating breakfast at the stunning formal dining table, or snuggled up on the couch watching their favorite flick, everyone will still enjoy each others presence. The home is lined with large floor to ceiling windows that allow the natural light and rural surroundings to pour right in. Past the living area is the master suite which boasts a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and even a coffee nook! 

The portion of the home that sits on the left side of the centrally located sunroom is just as spectacular. The cozy living area has a large flat screen TV and plush sofa. Just off the living area is kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, stove, and microwave. As you make your way down the hall you will find a second master suite with a king size bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom provides a king size bed, abundance of windows, bathroom with walk-in shower, and sliding doors leading to the backyard while the fourth bedroom has a queen size bed. 

The backyard is where most people chose to spend them majority of their time relaxing. The oversized tiled patio offers several conversation areas, hot tub, and a propane fire pit surrounding the private swimming pool. There are five pool loungers if you care to work on your tan or take a peaceful outdoor nap. 

*The pool can be heated from October - November & March - April. Advance notice prior to arrival is required and there is an additional charge of $100 per day.

Shadowland Ranch is also home to the Shadowland Cabin and Shadowland Airstream. You can reserve all three of these homes for larger groups and enjoy complete privacy and exclusive use of the entire property.
